Sherri will be participating in the Media and Information Literacy and Intercultural Dialogue (MILID) Conference in Barcelona, Spain, May 22-25, 2012. She is an invited speaker on a panel discussing international youth media and a panel discussing methods of promoting media and information literacy globally. This conference is the first MILID week as part of the UNITWIN Cooperation Programme on Media and Information Literacy and Intercultural Dialogue (UNESCO – United Nations Alliance of Civilizations), which integrates eight universities from all continents. Temple University is one of the designated global chairs.
