CMIL Director Sherri Hope Culver and Program Director David Cooper Moore will begin a six-month workshop series with the New Media Technology Charter School (NMTCS) in Philadelphia: The Media Literacy Circle.
This continuing professional development program comprises an all-faculty media literacy workshop followed continuing support for media and technology projects in the school. A media and information literacy CPD group will integrate key media literacy concepts, tools, and techniques into a collaborative grade-level project, culminating in a year-end showcase event.
