We are proud to be a partner of the Prix Jeunesse Children’s Television Festival for 2024. The CMIL is conducting a special youth jury in Philadelphia. Local youth will screen and judge two categories of this prestigious international children’s television festival. The judging consists of two categories: Fiction for ages 11-15 and Non-fiction for ages 11-15.

The PRIX JEUNESSE INTERNATIONAL Youth Jury 2024
May 24 – 29, 2024 in Munich, Germany
PRIX JEUNESSE aims to promote quality in children’s and youth television. Therefore we want to give special attention to listening to the target audience. In 2008, we introduced an International Youth Jury with groups of teenagers from all continents that judge the PRIX JEUNESSE finalists of the oldest category.
The PRIX JEUNESSE INTERNATIONAL Youth Jury 2024 is made up of youth jury groups in five countries: Chile, Slovenia, Taiwan, Tajikistan, and the USA. Each regional youth jury will judge the finalist programs in the two categories: 11 – 15 Fiction and 11 – 15 Non-Fiction.
Statements of the youth juries will be made available during the PRIX JEUNESSE festival week. The two prizes of the International Youth Jury will be awarded at the PRIX JEUNESSE Award Ceremony on May 29th in Munich.
